After reading through our Occupanncy Agreement and you feel you would like to take the next step in becoming an Avon Hills Coop member, then download and fill out this document. After filling out the application and with the accompanying materials, you MUST bring them in person to Avon Hills office.  Our hours of operation are located on the contact page.
